You may ask what The Grimacing Smile is. It is a new name that Beetle gave to a facial expression that I often make. It is an inherited facial expression( I know this because a couple of my siblings make the same face). It is also a facial expression that is made when concentrating, working hard on a project, or you might even just be out enjoying the sunshine and there it is again! It is a facial expression that is VERY hard to control, and usually I don't even notice I am making it until someone points it out, which is usually a family member because everyone else is too nice to say "That is not a very pretty face you are making right now".
No one does the Grimacing Smile better than my DAD, he is the man I inherited this expression from so I thought he would be the best person to show what a Grimacing Smile looks like.

K, this is hilarious because its SO true!! 100%!! You totally do "The Grimacing Smile" when you concentrating on something! I love it! Ps. I've seen Jamie do it too:)
Mindy, that is kind of like twilight zone. It is so weird how much those two grimacing smiles look alike. That grimasing smile did some great painting on our house. The intensity of the smile seems to make for excellent home make over skills.
